What this is

ImGoing lets you post a plan and share a link so friends can RSVP without installing anything. Using it means you agree to what's below. It's early software made by a small team. Adjust expectations accordingly.

Your account

One human per account. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Humans only. Don't create accounts with bots, scripts, or automation. The entire point of this thing is getting actual people to actually show up somewhere.

Your content, and what we can do with it

The plans you write stay yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, analyse, adapt, and display that content so we can run, improve, and promote ImGoing, and to produce aggregated or de-identified insights we may publish or commercialise. See Privacy for the detail and the limits.

You keep ownership. You can delete your account and content whenever you like.

How invites work

You send invitations yourself, from your own device, to people you choose. We never message anyone on your behalf. That means you're responsible for who you send them to — don't send invites to people who don't want them.

Don't

Harass, threaten, or endanger anyone.
Impersonate someone else.
Break the law or organise something harmful.
Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.
Resell ImGoing or pass it off as your own.

No guarantees

ImGoing is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for plans that fall through, links that don't arrive, weather, or friends who flake. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you've paid us — which, right now, is nothing.

Ending it

Stop whenever you want; ask and we'll delete your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We'll update the date above when these change. Continuing to use ImGoing after a change means you accept it.
